In order for you to be assured a seat in your chosen session, Inshape Training requests that you register by submitting payment at least one week in advance of the start date. As long as the "Register Now" link is listed beside any course(s), practicum(s) or workshop(s), it is open for registration. Upon registration, your course materials will be reserved and distributed to you on the first day of the session.
If you decide to withdraw from the session more than one week ahead of the start date, you will be refunded and assessed a twenty percent (20%) administration fee OR you may use your payment as credit towards any future Inshape Training course(s), practicum(s) or workshop(s).
You may transfer the start date of any course(s), practicum(s) or workshop(s) if you cannot attend the original intended start date. Please give us plenty of notice (one week or more) as there may be a waiting list.
There are no refunds within one week of the start date for any session.
You have one year from the date of purchase of any course(s), practicum(s) or workshop(s) to complete or use your payment as credit. If Inshape Training has to cancel a session, we will grant an extension to be equivalent to your one year time limit.
There are no refunds or credits given after one year from the original purchase date of any session.
